British designer Terence Nolder was best known for his high-octane, glamorous eveningwear collections and helped to define the style of the 1980s. Nolder won the British Eveningwear Designer Award in 1980 and the British Designer of the Year Award in 1981, and worked under Alfred Radley at Quorum.

This gown is tailored from sheer white chiffon, gentle pleated and detailed with tiny black polka-dots. This dress has a large, multi-layered skirt and ruched bust. It has two tiny spaghetti straps. The chest is adorned with a huge chiffon bow crowned with a black and a white fabric rose corsage. The dress fastens under the arm with a hidden tonal zip.
