This embellished neon corset from Christian Lacroix’s Fall 2001 collection showcases the designer's flair for colour, ornament, and excess. Embellished with intricate beadwork, the corset merges 18th-century-inspired structure with the bold vibrancy of early-2000s glamour.

Tailored from an assortment of high quality silk-satins in vivid lime green, fuchsia and florals, it is embellished with candy-pink pailette sequins and square black and silver studs. Varying slightly from the item shown on the catwalk, no two corsets were created alike. It is lined with silk-satin and fastens under the arm with a hidden zip.
